Here at the Mathru Mandir, these children are taught to communicate effectively. They are trained in activities such as hygiene, everyday eating, and dressing, and environmental manipulation to lead a partially independent or even a fully independent life. Gross motor and fine motor skills, visuospatial skills, and cognitive aspects are specifically targeted for underachievement.
