Kite making workshop at Chandigarh
There is no limit to what our children can learn. Ms. Shivani Dhillon proved this is the Kite Making workshop organized by her Foundation in association with the Chandigarh Lalit Kala Academy. Mr. Tauseef Mian, from Rampur, UP, a master in the art of Kite Making taught these children how to make kites. Kite making as an activity helps in the development of eye-hand coordination and enhances the thought process.
Enthusiastic participants made their own kites to the instructions of Mr. Mian. It was a wonderful sight to see the colorful kites emerge from those bits of paper. It was a day well spent for all the participants and their parents at the Le Corbusier Center in Chandigarh!
