The honorable Director General at the United Nations Office at Geneva, Ms. Tatiana Valovaya had a positive message of hope for us on the occasion of World Down Syndrome Day 2021. She sent us her address, as DSFI celebrated a Virtual WDSD with the Permanent Mission of India at the UN in the presence of the Ambassador and Permanent Representative of India at the UN in Geneva, His Excellency, Shri Indra Mani Pandey.
